Building stronger hospitality businesses through people, planning and dependable service
Staffingzi is the hospitality recruitment, restaurant consultancy and tour-services platform of Aalap Consultancy Services. We connect employers with capable people, help candidates discover genuine opportunities and support hospitality businesses with practical solutions shaped around real operational needs.
A hospitality platform created from practical industry experience
Aalap Consultancy Services began with a practical understanding of one of the hospitality industry’s most persistent challenges: finding dependable people for demanding operational roles. Hotels, restaurants and food businesses can invest in interiors, equipment, menus and marketing, but the guest experience ultimately depends on the people who welcome customers, prepare food, maintain cleanliness, manage service and solve problems every day.
Staffingzi was developed as a dedicated platform to make that connection easier. It gives employers a structured way to share requirements and gives candidates a professional route to submit their information and CVs. The name represents our aim to connect talent with opportunity while building long-term futures for hospitality businesses and professionals.
Our approach is deliberately practical. We do not believe recruitment should begin with a list of random CVs. It should begin with a clear understanding of the actual job: the department, designation, salary, working hours, service environment, reporting structure, accommodation, meals, weekly-off policy, location and expected joining date. When these details are clear, the search can focus on people whose experience and expectations are more closely aligned with the employer’s need.
Over time, the platform has expanded beyond recruitment into restaurant consultancy and tour services. This reflects the broader strength of Aalap Consultancy Services: hospitality is not only about hiring. It is also about planning, food cost, vendor coordination, service systems, customer experience and creating organised journeys for groups, families, couples and corporate travellers.

More than a recruitment listing website
Staffingzi is designed to be a working hospitality platform rather than a simple directory of vacancies. For employers, it provides access to recruitment support, staffing information, role-specific landing pages, employer enquiry facilities and consultation. For candidates, it offers career guidance, CV submission, information about hospitality departments and a growing collection of job-related resources.
Our service model also recognises that recruitment success depends on both sides. Employers need realistic job descriptions, competitive salaries, clear shifts and responsive interview decisions. Candidates need accurate information, respectful communication and an honest understanding of the role before joining. We try to support a process where expectations are discussed early rather than discovered after placement.
We also understand that not every requirement is identical. A boutique hotel may need multi-skilled team members, while a luxury property may need specialised departmental experience. A cloud kitchen may value production speed and recipe consistency, while a fine-dining restaurant may prioritise service etiquette and presentation. Our role is to understand these differences and adapt the search accordingly.

Recruitment solutions shaped around different hospitality formats
A luxury hotel, a neighbourhood restaurant and a high-volume cloud kitchen may all belong to the hospitality sector, but their workforce needs are very different. We try to understand the business model before beginning the search. This includes expected service standards, guest profile, production volume, opening hours, shift pattern, reporting structure and the level of multi-tasking required.
Our employer network and service content are relevant to luxury hotels, business hotels, budget hotels, boutique properties, resorts, serviced apartments, fine-dining restaurants, casual-dining restaurants, cafés, bakeries, sweet shops, quick-service restaurants, cloud kitchens, food courts, banquet venues, clubs, catering companies, corporate cafeterias and selected institutional kitchens.
For new openings, hiring should be planned in stages. Leadership and key technical roles often need to join first so they can contribute to menu development, standard operating procedures, vendor decisions and team selection. Supervisory, operational and support roles can then be recruited according to the opening schedule. This phased approach reduces confusion and gives the employer more time for orientation and training.

Corporate Food Service

A structured recruitment process built around clarity
Recruitment moves more effectively when employers provide accurate requirements and timely feedback. Our role is to coordinate the process while keeping both parties informed.
The process begins with a requirement that is detailed enough to guide the search. Job titles alone can be misleading. A restaurant manager in a fine-dining property may need different skills from a manager in a quick-service outlet. A continental chef in a hotel breakfast operation may have different responsibilities from a chef in a small café. We therefore encourage employers to explain the menu, volume, service level, team size, reporting structure and operational challenges.
After sourcing and preliminary screening, relevant candidates can be introduced for employer evaluation. Employers should conduct structured interviews, verify documents and references and use practical trials where technical performance must be assessed. Staffingzi coordinates and supports the process, but the final employment decision remains with the employer.
Joining communication is equally important. Candidates should receive written information about salary, duty hours, weekly off, food, accommodation, deductions, probation and workplace location. Clear communication reduces early resignations and improves the possibility of a stable placement.
The principles behind our work
Clarity Before Commitment
Employers and candidates should understand the role, salary, location, schedule and expectations before finalising a joining decision.
Respectful Communication
Hospitality professionals deserve timely, professional communication regardless of seniority, experience level or final selection outcome.
Practical Matching
We focus on role requirements, cuisine, property type, experience, mobility and career expectations rather than simply forwarding unrelated CVs.
Long-term Relationships
Our goal is to support repeat employer relationships and candidate trust through reliable service, transparent terms and consistent follow-up.
Employer Responsibility
Good hiring also requires realistic salaries, lawful working conditions, clear appointments, safe workplaces and professional onboarding.
Candidate Honesty
Candidates should provide genuine documents, truthful work history and accurate information about skills, salary and availability.
Clear recruitment terms for employers
Final commercial terms are confirmed in the relevant quotation or agreement. The summary below reflects the standard business model currently used by Aalap Consultancy Services.
Recruitment Remuneration
The standard recruitment fee is generally 20% of one month’s basic salary for each successfully placed candidate.
Invoice Generation
The recruitment invoice is normally generated after the placed employee completes 15 days from the joining date.
Replacement Support
Subject to agreed terms, free replacement support may apply when a placed employee resigns or is laid off within three months.
Replacement is normally coordinated within approximately 6–7 working days, subject to role conditions, salary, candidate availability and employer cooperation. Replacement support does not mean that a candidate can always be produced immediately, particularly for niche senior positions, difficult locations, below-market salaries or urgent joining deadlines.
Employers should always review the current quotation, fee percentage, payment schedule, replacement conditions and exclusions before starting the assignment. Written commercial understanding protects both parties and avoids confusion later.
Supporting more than recruitment
A hospitality business cannot solve every operational challenge by hiring more people. Roles must be designed properly, menus should match the kitchen’s capacity, food cost needs monitoring, vendors must be coordinated and staff should understand standards and reporting.
Through Aalap Consultancy Services, selected restaurant-opening and consultancy support can include manpower planning, department structure, basic kitchen coordination, food-cost awareness, menu-engineering input and local-vendor connections. The exact scope depends on the project and is confirmed separately.
This combined understanding of recruitment and restaurant operations helps us discuss manpower requirements more practically. For example, a restaurant opening with too many positions may create unnecessary cost, while too few positions may damage service. The right structure depends on concept, covers, operating hours, menu complexity, delivery volume and expected business level.
EXPLORE RESTAURANT CONSULTANCYHospitality carried into every journey
Staffingzi Tour & Travels extends our hospitality focus into travel planning. Our objective is to organise comfortable journeys with clear communication, suitable accommodation, transport coordination and practical itineraries. We currently promote selected destinations including North Bengal, Puri, Purulia, Kolkata, Ranchi, Himachal Pradesh and Gangasagar.
Group tours can include hotel-cum-kitchen arrangements where appropriate, allowing travellers to enjoy familiar meals and organised hospitality. We also plan couple tours, family tours, corporate bookings, pilgrimage travel and customised itineraries according to group size, budget, travel dates and preferred comfort level.
Travel conditions, weather, local rules, transport availability, hotel standards and attraction access can change. Final itineraries, inclusions and costs are therefore confirmed in writing before booking. Our travel pages are designed to help visitors understand destinations and submit a detailed enquiry rather than making unrealistic guarantees.
Where Staffingzi is going
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a dependable connection between hospitality employers and professionals through clear requirements, respectful communication, practical recruitment and post-placement support. We want employers to receive more relevant candidates and candidates to receive more accurate information about opportunities.
We also aim to support hospitality entrepreneurs through restaurant consultancy and travellers through carefully coordinated tour services. In every division, our focus remains practical service rather than exaggerated promises.
Our Vision
Our vision is to develop Staffingzi into a recognised hospitality recruitment and service platform that supports businesses and professionals across India while retaining the personal communication of a specialist consultancy.
From November 2026, Staffingzi plans to expand hotel and restaurant placement support across India. The expansion will be phased and based on employer demand, candidate availability, regional partnerships and our ability to maintain service quality.
Growing responsibly from a regional base to national coverage
Nationwide placement support is planned from November 2026. The objective is to serve genuine employer requirements across Indian states without representing planned coverage as an existing guarantee.
East India
West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam and selected northeastern hospitality markets.
North India
Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
West India
Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Goa and major hospitality destinations in western India.
South India
Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, subject to operational capacity.
Central India
Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and nearby emerging hotel and restaurant markets.
National recruitment creates additional responsibilities. Candidates may need relocation support, employers may need to provide accommodation or meals, salary expectations differ between cities and joining timelines can be affected by travel. Our expansion process will therefore emphasise written job information, candidate consent and employer confirmation before relocation.
We also plan to strengthen digital systems for employer enquiries, candidate search, interview tracking, job filters and application management. These systems will support growth while allowing the Staffingzi team to maintain human review and communication.
A practical partnership, not an automated promise
Employers choose specialist recruitment support because hospitality roles often require practical skills, unusual working hours and quick joining. A general job advertisement may generate many applications but relatively few suitable candidates. Staffingzi focuses on understanding the actual operating requirement and communicating it to potential candidates.
Candidates use Staffingzi because they want access to genuine hospitality opportunities and direct information about roles. We encourage candidates to prepare a clear CV, maintain accurate contact details, organise documents and be realistic about salary, location and role level. We do not charge candidates for guaranteed placement, and no applicant should believe that submitting a CV automatically creates a job offer.
Our value lies in coordination, industry focus and communication. Successful recruitment still depends on employer conditions, candidate suitability, interview performance, salary alignment, location, joining availability and mutual professional behaviour.
