Recruitment and consultancy
Fees for completed recruitment or consultancy work are generally non-refundable unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Replacement support, where applicable, is provided according to the agreed terms.
Travel bookings
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the policies of hotels, transport providers and other suppliers. Any supplier cancellation charge, processing fee or non-refundable component will be deducted before a refund is considered.
Request process
Send the booking, invoice or payment details to roc@staffingzi.com. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment channel within a reasonable processing period.
