Submitting a CV does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement. Final selection is made by the employer according to its requirements.
Employer commercial terms
Our standard recruitment remuneration is 20% of one month’s basic salary for each successfully placed staff member. The invoice is generated after 15 days of joining, and payment is due between the 15th and 25th day from the joining date, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Replacement support
Where agreed, free replacement support is available within three months. Replacement is normally coordinated within 6–7 working days, subject to candidate availability, role conditions and the terms accepted by the employer.
Travel and consultancy
Travel bookings and consultancy services are governed by the relevant quotation, supplier terms and written confirmation.
